An Update on COVID-19

To our valued clients,

Like the rest of the world, we are closely monitoring the current situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). We value your trust and confidence in choosing us to care for your pets, and we want you to know that we are taking all the necessary precautions to help mitigate this outbreak. Currently, we intend to maintain normal business hours and have no plans on cancelling any scheduled appointments. We would like to take the time to notify you of some changes that we are making so that your time with us is as safe as possible.

Scheduled Appointments

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please call our office to check in and wait in your vehicle. A technician will review your pet’s medical history over the phone and then they will come out to your vehicle and your pet will be then be taken into the hospital for the doctor to examine.  The doctor will then call you to review their findings and treatment recommendations.

If a situation arises that you need to be present, we are asking that no more than one person accompany your pet into the exam room. We are encouraging family members to wait in the car. We will be happy to call them to discuss the visit.

Do not be alarmed or offended if any of our team utilizes personal protective equipment.

 

Prescription Food & Medication Refills

Please call our office in advance to request prescription pet food or prescription refills. Once you arrive at our hospital, kindly call our office from the parking lot and we will bring your pet’s food or medication out to your car. In order to avoid delays, you will be asked to prepay for items over the phone.

Hospitalized pets and boarding pets

If your pet is staying with us for the day, we request that no personal items be left behind. This includes carriers, collars, leashes, and blankets.
