New Patient Appointment Deposit Policy
- To help us reserve dedicated time for your pet and reduce missed appointments,
All New Patient appointments will require a deposit.
- A $85 deposit is required at the time of scheduling
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
- The deposit will be applied to the cost of your visit at check-out
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment may have the deposit refunded, or applied to a future appointment
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the deposit
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled and result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Exceptions
- Emergency situations will be handled with compassion and discretion by our medical team
